TradeHQ Leads is a lead generation platform operated by Sprinkl Digital Ltd. We connect homeowners with tradespeople by distributing job details to verified tradespeople in the relevant area. We do not employ tradespeople, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any work carried out.
2. For homeowners
- By submitting a job, you agree to be contacted by TradeHQ-verified tradespeople regarding your enquiry.
- We do not guarantee response times or the availability of tradespeople in your area.
- You should carry out your own due diligence before hiring any tradesperson, including checking their qualifications, insurance, and references.
- TradeHQ Leads is not a party to any contract formed between you and a tradesperson, and is not liable for any work carried out.
3. For tradespeople
- You must be qualified and legally permitted to carry out the work you offer through this platform.
- You must hold appropriate public liability insurance for all work undertaken.
- Leads are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee exclusivity of any lead.
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove suppliers who receive substantiated complaints, act dishonestly, or breach these terms.
- By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages from TradeHQ Leads containing job lead details.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Sprinkl Digital Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeHQ Leads and Sprinkl Digital Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this service, including any work carried out by tradespeople introduced through the platform.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
