- To match homeowners with suitable tradespeople in their area
- To send SMS notifications to tradespeople about relevant jobs
- To contact you about your enquiry or registration
- To improve our service
4. Who we share your data with
- Verified tradespeople in your area (limited to the job details required to respond to your enquiry)
- Twilio (SMS delivery service) — SMS content only
- We do not sell your data to third parties
5. How long we keep your data
- Lead data: 12 months from the date of submission
- Supplier data: for the duration of your registration plus 12 months
